Can I track my package?

Yes! Tracking formation is emailed once your order has been processed, usually within 24-48 hours.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout from USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on their destination. 

May I exchange my order?

How do I cancel my order?

How are refunds/returns processed?

We have a 30-day return policy. To start a return, email us at info@wonderlovehous.com. We will send you a prepaid return shipping slip for you to send the items back to us. We will notify you once we’ve received your returned items and, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
